SE101AC: USPAP 7-Hour Update
2010-2011 Edition
ASA's new national USPAP audio update (SE101AC) has been designed specifically for those appraisal professionals who have completed the 15-hour USPAP in the last 12-18 months and now just want to know the changes. This critical update will keep you current in both your day-to-day work and in any upcoming court situations. No exam.
Learning Objective: The objective of this course is to familiarize students with significant revisions to USPAP. This course is designed specifically for individuals who have completed the full USPAP course and only require updated information. This 7-hour update seminar covers critical changes and revisions to USPAP that significantly impact every practicing appraiser and lending officer.
The Appraisal Foundation and ASA have changed their policy regarding the 7-hour USPAP course. Current information on ASA USPAP requirements may be found at: http://www.appraisers.org/ProfessionalStandards/USPAPRequirements.aspx. This course may not be accepted by many state real property licensing boards and may not be accepted for CPE credit through other organizations (e.g. NASBA). It is your responsibility as the student to contact the licensing authority in your state to make certain that the USPAP home study has been approved and will be accepted for credit.
